Shipping Policy

At Poltrav, we aim to ensure that every order is delivered safely, accurately, and in a timely manner. Please review the shipping policy below to understand how orders are processed and delivered.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Cost

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $12.99 per order. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 06:00 PM (PST) on business days will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 06:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time

All products are in stock and ready to ship.
Processing time is 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
Estimated total delivery time is 6–10 business days, including processing and transit time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If damage is detected during transit, you should file a complaint directly with the delivery service immediately upon receipt of the goods. You must also notify us of any transport damage within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon verification, we will refund or replace any damaged goods free of charge.

In the event that an item is missing from your order, Poltrav undertakes to deliver the missing goods as soon as possible or to offer an appropriate alternative solution.

Order Cancellation and Changes

Orders may be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
