Refund Policy

At Poltrav, refunds are issued only in the following cases:

Refunds are approved for eligible returns that comply with our Return Policy and are received in acceptable condition.

Refunds are issued for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds are issued for orders successfully cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via PayPal.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the issue is caused by our error.
