At Poltrav, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@poltrav.com and include your order number in the subject line for faster assistance.

After 12 Hours

After 12 hours of purchase, orders can no longer be cancelled.

However, we may assist with modifications to customer information (such as name, contact details, or shipping address) provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

All modification requests are subject to review and must be confirmed by our support team.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible.
  • You may refer to our Return Policy for eligibility requirements.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is submitted within the 12-hour window and is successfully approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction.
